1. What Cookies Are
Cookies and similar technologies (such as localStorage) are small pieces of data stored on your device when you visit a website. VIVID keeps their use to a minimum: this page is a complete list of everything we store.
2. Technical Storage Only — No Tracking
This site only uses strictly necessary technical storage: the session token for authentication, language and theme preferences, and the flag remembering that you dismissed the cookie notice. We use no analytics, advertising, tracking or profiling cookies, and no browsing data is shared with third parties. The site's fonts are hosted on our own servers: no request is sent to external servers to load them.
3. Third Parties (only upon your action)
Stripe: at checkout, Stripe sets anti-fraud cookies essential to processing the transaction securely (e.g. __stripe_mid). Google OAuth: only if you choose to sign in with Google, authentication happens on Google's domain with their cookies. Both services have their own privacy policies and are activated exclusively by your explicit action.
4. Managing Storage
You can clear cookies and local storage at any time from your browser settings. Since everything we store is technical, removing it only signs you out and resets your preferences to defaults.
