1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and company name when you create an account. We also collect usage data, including images you upload, videos you generate, and your interaction with our platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services; to process transactions; to send you technical notices and support messages; and to respond to your requests.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored on Cloudflare’s global network (R2 storage and D1 databases). All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). We do not sell your data to third parties. Data retention: the assets you generate (images, videos, projects) remain available for as long as your account is active, and you can delete them at any time. Temporary input images are automatically deleted within 7 days. When you delete your account all your content is erased; invoices are retained in anonymised form for the period required by tax obligations.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing, Google for authentication, and Cloudflare for hosting and AI processing. Each service has its own privacy policy governing data they process.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account yourself from Settings → Delete Account: this permanently erases your content (images, videos, projects) and anonymises the associated personal data.
